Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale security installation projects

Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues
Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including financial status, progress, and key performance metrics

Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on large or complex projects
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
Extensive experience in security systems or related technology sectors
