Robert Half is seeking a senior Dayforce consultant to support post-implementation and ongoing configuration efforts, focusing on Workforce Management (WFM) and entitlements. The role emphasizes new feature enablement and configuration updates rather than traditional support.

Responsibilities

Post-implementation support across Dayforce modules
Configure and test WFM and entitlement rules
Update entitlement configurations, including union and CBA-driven rules
Support smaller, in-progress implementations
Implement and test policy updates (e.g., shift/ship policy changes)
Support new Dayforce feature releases and updates
Assist with UK and Canada entitlement configurations (prior experience with this is a plus!)
Monitor and manage work intake via ServiceNow (SNOW)

Required

Strong hands-on Dayforce WFM and Entitlements experience
Proven experience supporting union environments and CBAs
Configuration and testing expertise
Comfortable supporting both post-go-live environments and active implementations
Experience working in ticketed support environments (ServiceNow preferred)

Dayforce Payroll experience (not required)
