Front Desk Administrative Support
The Hinckley Company has a rich heritage in yachting and is seeking a friendly and organized Administrative / Front Desk Assistant to support daily operations. This role involves greeting guests, managing calendars, and providing administrative support to team members.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests, clients, and employees with a positive, professional attitude
Answer and route phone calls; manage messages and general inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate marina operations
Assist with preparing office documents, reports, and basic correspondence
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office deliveries
Provide administrative support to team members and leadership
Other Duties as Assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
Marina experience a plus but not needed
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
