Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with families and school personnel
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student growth and independence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
Active Special Education Teacher license
Minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience
Valid Indiana Teaching License or eligibility to obtain a valid Indiana Teaching License or permit in Mild or Intense Interventions
Experience teaching special education, preferably life skills, within middle school grades (5-9)
Ability to work effectively with students requiring applied skills instruction
Strong communication and organizational skills
