Responsibilities

Scope, phase, and lead cross-functional (XFN) programs related to capacity management
Partner closely with key stakeholders in Spatial Flexibility (SF) engineering, Product Area (PA) resource manager and service owner teams, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and infrastructure teams to align on roadmaps, define integrations, and manage dependencies
Drive long-term objectives for fleet efficiency, timeline reduction, and increased scale while developing policies and identifying improvements to software and processes
Communicate project objectives, ongoing status, and long-term plans to senior stakeholders and leadership in Technical Infrastructure (TI) and partner Product Areas (PAs)

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience managing compute and storage capacity
Experience building, automating, and developing distributed systems

Preferred

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
5 years of experience in capacity planning or large-scale infrastructure, with a focus on managing compute and storage capacity within a hyperscaler environment
Experience collaborating and influencing stakeholders spanning across multiple organizations and different levels of responsibilities
Experience managing or supporting infrastructure software development
Ability to pivot between granular data analysis and high-level thinking, while tailoring communication for stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated track record of delivering multiple ambiguous projects concurrently
