Responsibilities
Lead a team of product managers responsible for the trade and transaction banking product portfolio
Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the trade and transaction banking products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless product delivery
Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and enhancements
Oversee the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation
Manage and mentor the product management team, fostering their professional development and growth
Effectively communicate product strategies, updates, and performance to key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on trade and transaction banking products
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of product managers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and best practices
Proven track record of driving product innovation and delivering successful product launches
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environments
