Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and preferences
Offer expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and mortgage options
Work collaboratively with other real estate professionals to ensure successful transactions
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most current information
Qualification
Required
Active Arizona Real Estate License - (Can be Reactivated)
On-site availability for the first 4 weeks, aligned with our training and development sprint
Comfort and proficiency with technology platforms, including CRM systems, communication tools, and digital marketing software
Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems, processes, and tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Coachable mindset with a willingness to follow proven systems
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
