Oversee and coordinate the daily cleaning, maintenance and operations of the buildings in a manner that meets district standards for site appearance and safety
Ensure a condition of operating excellence in order to provide a quality education in a safe and clean environment for all students, staff and community members
Provide work direction to custodial staff, ensuring that routine maintenance and building projects are completed effectively

Qualification

Special boilers licenseUnlicensed electrician registration

Required

Special boilers license at time of hire
Unlicensed electrician registration within 6 months of hire
