Senior LevelClimbing Steps, Inc. is hiring a driven Inside Sales Representative to help grow our direct-to-consumer business across our Mobile Stairlift and Mobile Patient Lift brands. This role is built for a natural salesperson who thrives on meaningful conversations and disciplined follow-up, managing and closing inbound leads while providing solutions to seniors and caregivers.

Responsibilities
Speak with seniors, caregivers, and family members to understand needs and recommend solutions
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and confidence
Relentlessly follow up. No opportunity left behind
Build, manage, and close a full sales pipeline in HubSpot
Use tasks, notes, sequences, and reminders to stay organized and effective
Re-engage leads that have gone quiet and uncover new opportunities
Take ownership of your numbers and outcomes
Contribute ideas to improve sales workflows and HubSpot utilization
Represent the company at select trade shows or events as needed
Qualification
Required
Natural salesperson who thrives on meaningful conversations
Disciplined follow-up
Experience working directly with seniors, caregivers, and families
Strong organizational skills
Persistence in closing deals
Ability to manage and close inbound leads
Experience making outbound follow-ups
Ownership of sales pipeline
Experience using HubSpot for pipeline management
Professionalism and confidence in sales calls
Ability to re-engage stalled prospects
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and accountable
Willingness to contribute ideas to improve sales workflows
Ability to represent the company at trade shows or events
Preferred
Experience using HubSpot for pipeline management and follow-up
Comfortable and confident working with seniors and caregivers
Willing to make outbound calls and persist respectfully
Forward-thinking and willing to roll up your sleeves
