Start in 2026 SummerOkta is The World’s Identity Company, focused on providing secure access and authentication solutions. They are seeking a Talent Marketing Intern to develop and execute creative content strategies while supporting data-driven marketing efforts to enhance candidate engagement.

Responsibilities
Create and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid media, events, and the web
Design marketing collateral, capture photos, produce videos, and write compelling blogs
Collaborate with interns and employees at the San Francisco office to create employee spotlights and engaging content
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics and build your own portfolio of projects you worked on during the summer
Identify, prototype, and implement Generative AI solutions to streamline marketing workflows and drive efficiency
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, with an expected graduation in December 2026 or Spring 2027
Ability to work from the San Francisco office 4 days per week
Creative mindset and strong attention to detail
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects
Demonstrated interest in leveraging data for marketing strategies and campaign optimization
Proactive approach to leveraging Generative AI and emerging technologies for content creation, workflow efficiency, and strategic insights
Preferred
Digital Content Creation & Marketing: Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut), experience with photography, written content development, and familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, email, paid media)
AI Prototyping Experience: Experience building or prototyping functional AI solutions (e.g., automated content workflows) that demonstrate efficiency and problem-solving skills
Operational Skills: Ability to build basic landing pages (e.g., WordPress) and coordinate event logistics/materials
