Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence across the corporate practice, including financial discipline, staffing models, and service delivery
Evaluate new matter intake and oversee performance metrics, dashboards, and forecasting
Support associate development, onboarding, and resource planning in collaboration with HR and recruiting teams
Develop transaction playbooks, conduct post-matter reviews, and promote continuous improvement
Advise partners on growth strategy, pricing, profitability, and market positioning
Lead legal project management efforts across the matter lifecycle and promote efficient use of people, process, and technology
Support adoption of practice technologies and scalable workflows

Required
