Human Resources (HR) Manager
Integrated Wound Care (IWC) is looking for an HR Manager to meet the objectives of a rapidly growing, multi-state, wound care organization. The role involves managing recruitment, supporting coverage needs, and collaborating with administrative staff to ensure smooth HR operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for sourcing and recruitment while working closely with the COO and Medical Director to identify staffing needs.

Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, interviewing and hiring for all positions
Work alongside COO to handle relations and coverage needs
Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Employee Relations
Enhance job satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualification
Required
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Self-motivated with ability to perform job remotely
Desire to work both independently and as a team with a results-driven approach
Candidate must reside in EST or CST
Preferred
Previous experience in healthcare industry
Multi-State HR experience
