They are seeking a dedicated Recruiter & Scheduler to lead the recruitment of qualified interpreters while also supporting the operations team with scheduling and coordination tasks.

Responsibilities
Source, attract, and recruit freelance and staff interpreters across a variety of languages
Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, verifying credentials, and onboarding
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high‑demand languages and specialty areas (medical, legal, community interpreting, etc.)
Coordinate credentialing, compliance documents, background checks, and required certifications
Maintain accurate candidate data in our internal systems
Develop ongoing relationships with new and existing interpreters
Assist the scheduling team in assigning interpreters to client appointments
Communicate with interpreters to confirm availability, manage changes, and ensure smooth service delivery
Support clients by providing timely updates, confirmations, and follow‑up
Help monitor interpreter performance, reliability, and quality
Update schedules, appointment notes, and internal records with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or operations coordination
Knowledge of interpreter services, language access, or the linguistics industry
