Regulatory Solutions Analyst
Lumelight is an integrated workplace administration and compliance business serving brokers and third party administrators in benefits design and compliance. The Regulatory Solutions Analyst will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing regulatory filings to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review regulatory submissions, including new product applications, amendments, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
Manage the submission process, including tracking deadlines, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating with regulatory agencies as necessary
Maintain and organize regulatory documentation and records to ensure easy access and compliance with auditing requirements
Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and communicate relevant updates to the team and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information for regulatory submissions
Assist in the development and implementation of internal processes and best practices related to regulatory filings
Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information
Support training initiatives for junior staff and contribute to team knowledge-sharing efforts
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of regulatory processes and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with regulatory submission software
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with cross-functional teams
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in life sciences, business, or a related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
0-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or regulatory filing, preferably in health insurance
