Prospect daily (both inbound and outbound leads)
Convert leads and conduct buyer/seller consultations
Negotiate contracts and guide clients through transactions
Attend weekly team meetings and coaching sessions
Follow daily prospecting standards
Deliver Four Seasons-level client service
Qualification
Required
Active Massachusetts real estate license (must already have your license)
Bachelor's degree OR professional career background (healthcare, teaching, traditional sales, project management, HR, or similar)
Full-time commitment with schedule flexibility (sometimes you'll work evenings/weekends for clients, but this is your primary career)
Coachable and ready to follow proven systems
Understand this is consultative sales, not just 'building relationships' or 'showing nice houses'
