Qualification
Required
Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues
Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively
Proficiency in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical manuals
Willingness to travel as needed to client sites
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus
Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain service records
Preferred
Familiarity with industrial equipment or similar technologies is preferred
