Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of business systems to support evolving enterprise needs and long-term growth objectives
Lead ERP implementations for new MCC facilities, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define complex requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and influence system architecture decisions
Utilize advanced data and process analysis techniques to identify systemic inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance productivity and scalability
Configure, maintain, and govern assigned business systems, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
Develop and deliver advanced training programs, user documentation, and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
Manage multiple high-impact projects, balancing scope, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks and ensuring stakeholder alignment
Oversee complex data migration efforts and design advanced reporting solutions; proficiency in SQL or similar tools strongly preferred
Serve as a senior-level liaison between business units and IT development teams for custom solutions, integrations, and automation initiatives
Champion best practices in system administration, user support, and process improvement to maintain MCC’s competitive edge
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of progressive IT experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
Proven track record in leading system implementations, business process reengineering, and data analysis initiatives
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft technologies, database concepts, and familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence decision-making at senior levels
Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (estimated 4–8 weeks annually)
Multilingual proficiency (English required)
Preferred
Master's degree or relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP)
Radius ERP experience highly desirable
Spanish or Portuguese a plus
