Responsibilities
Own and scale cross-selling and multi-brand revenue across the Family of Brands
Lead enterprise selling and executive relationships at strategic accounts
Build unified, multi-brand account strategies and integrated customer solutions
Establish the operating model, governance, and rhythms for platform selling
Rapidly integrate acquisitions into Grote’s revenue engine
Align sales, engineering, service, and operations around enterprise opportunities
Qualification
Required
10–20+ years in capital equipment, industrial automation, or complex B2B sales
Proven experience leading cross-selling or multi-brand sales in matrixed organizations
Comfortable leading through influence in decentralized environments
Builder mindset: low ego, high accountability, customer-first
