Responsibilities

Manage complex executive calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments across multiple time zones
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
Serve as primary point of contact between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
Manage expense reports and budget tracking
Organize and coordinate board meetings and executive-level events
Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Proven executive assistant experience supporting C-suite executives
Proven experience managing complex international travel logistics
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environment
Must be available for domestic travel throughout the United States
Must be available to travel to China periodically for business operations
Flexibility to adjust to last-minute travel changes and international time zones
Cross-cultural communication skills and awareness to international business protocols
