Desk all new vehicle deals with speed, accuracy, and authority

Structure deals that maximize front-end and back-end profitability without blowing compliance

Consistently produce top-tier backend PVR with clean paperwork and zero shortcuts

Present and close F&I products with confidence, control, and transparency

Navigate complex credit situations using strong lender relationships and approvals

Partner directly with executive leadership to drive volume, gross, and operational discipline

Protect the dealership through flawless compliance with state and federal regulations

Set the tone for urgency, accountability, and professional execution across the sales floor

Required

Proven Desk Manager / Finance Manager experience

Ability to desk aggressively and structure clean deals

Flawless compliance with state and federal regulations

Experience in high-volume, performance-driven dealerships
