Provide outstanding customer service with a genuine and friendly demeanor
Be attentive to the door and ensure every guest is greeted in a friendly and timely manner
Organize guest seating to ensure an excellent experience by balancing the workload between available servers and bartenders, while accommodating special requests
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
Uphold our core values of Grit Hospitality, Leadership, Integrity, and Respect in every interaction
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. The desire to learn and put work toward growth is most important!
