Security Operations Manager
Valcor Security is a fast-growing security company in Southern California seeking a strong, dependable Account Manager/Site Operations Manager to lead security operations across assigned client sites. The role involves managing client accounts, staffing, and training while maintaining a hands-on approach to operations.
Security & Investigations
Responsibilities
Serving as the primary operational point of contact for clients
Managing staffing levels, schedules, and coverage across sites
Resolving call-offs, last-minute changes, and coverage gaps
Providing hands-on field support and filling shifts when necessary
Training officers and reinforcing company standards and culture
Developing and maintaining site-specific SOPs
Supporting onboarding and continuous development of assigned officers
Partnering closely with executive leadership and HR
Qualification
Required
3+ years of verifiable security experience
2+ years experience of supervisor or management of security teams
Valid California Guard Card
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Calm, professional response under pressure
Preferred
Armed license
Former law enforcement or military experience
