Responsibilities
Ability to travel up to 30%-40%, as required
Designing, developing and facilitating development experiences for a business audience
Significant experience in instructional design, classroom training, e-learning, developing training content, and delivering material
Coaching and mentoring skills for developing SMEs to be effective trainers
Strong drive and a passion for development of people and the business
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Strong project management experience and ability to prioritize activities
Qualification
Required
Ability to travel up to 30%-40%, as required
BA/BS degree required (Adult Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred)
5+ years of progressive experience in designing, developing and facilitating development experiences for a business audience
Significant experience in instructional design, classroom training, e-learning, developing training content, and delivering material
Highly effective coaching and mentoring skills for developing SMEs to be effective trainers
Strong drive and a passion for development of people and the business
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Strong project management experience and ability to prioritize activities
Preferred
Adult Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
Construction, Engineering or similar industry experience preferred
