Responsibilities
Design and develop women's activewear styles from initial concept through final production
Research trends, performance fabrics, trims, and color palettes across active and lifestyle categories
Create detailed sketches, tech packs, and design presentations
Collaborate closely with product development, merchandising, and production teams
Attend fittings and provide guidance on garment construction, fit, and performance
Ensure all designs align with brand aesthetics, quality standards, and functional requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience designing women's activewear
Strong understanding of performance fabrics, garment construction, and fit
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience creating tech packs and working within PLM systems
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design required
Preferred
Experience working with premium or elite activewear brands
Strong trend awareness and understanding of the activewear market
