Fleurs de Villes is hiring a Global Sponsorship Director who will focus on selling premium, multi-market sponsorships to luxury brands and media partners. The role involves developing and closing sponsorships, pitching to high-level executives, and managing client relationships to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and close luxury sponsorships by market, region, and globally
Sell integrated packages across live experiences, content, PR, social, and retail
Pitch confidently to CMOs, brand directors, agencies, and media partners
Build compelling sales decks and lead high-level presentations
Negotiate and close contracts with polish and pace
Partner internally to bring sponsor activations to life onsite
Build and manage a high-value CRM pipeline, with strong client relationships
Consistently exceed sales targets
Qualification
Required
Experience in luxury media sales, sponsorships, experiential, or premium partnerships
Understanding of retail, place-making, and the evolving luxury consumer journey
Consultative, creative, culturally aware and commercially sharp
Ability to translate brand objectives into meaningful experiences
Comfortable in boardrooms, boutiques, and on site at events
Love autonomy, accountability, and being part of a growing global brand
