Responsibilities
Billing, collections, and data entry (primary focus areas)
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Perform account reconciliations and support financial reporting
Assist with manual payroll and general ledger activities
Support audit preparation
Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and forecasting
Create and maintain spreadsheets to support daily accounting operations
Qualification
Required
Senior-level accounting or finance experience
Strong understanding of general accounting principles and reporting
Experience using QuickBooks
Strong Excel skills
Comfortable in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial, family-run environment
Flexible mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
