Responsibilities
Set up and change over multi-spindle (multiplex) CNC lathes for high-volume production
Install, adjust, and time tooling across multiple spindles to meet print and process requirements
Verify first-piece quality and ensure dimensional consistency throughout the run
Make controlled adjustments to maintain cycle time, surface finish, and tool life
Troubleshoot machining issues methodically and resolve root causes
Work closely with operators, quality, and maintenance to keep machines running correctly
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in line with BCI standards
Follow documented processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Proven experience setting up multi-spindle CNC lathes
Strong understanding of a steady, detail-oriented approach to work
Someone who values structure, consistency, and accountability
Ability to work independently while supporting the team
Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship
