Assistant Project Manager
Gorman & Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their Construction Division at their Oregon Corporate Office. The role involves supporting project management activities from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects stay on track and organized.

Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project management activities from pre-construction through closeout
Track project schedules, milestones, change orders, and budget variances
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Assist with reviewing subcontractor pay applications and invoices
Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and logs
Support procurement of materials and equipment
Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in a similar construction or project support role
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project
Ability to work in our Oregon, WI office, with travel to sites as needed
