Admin Assistant
MINDA North America, LLC is looking for an individual to join their team as an office assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing clerical tasks and maintaining a productive office environment.

Responsibilities
Oversee clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
Keeping inventory of office supplies and ordering when required
Maintaining files
Answering phone calls and directing to correct co-worker; taking and delivering phone messages
Setting up conference room for meetings
Helping purchasing with orders to vendors
Entering payables into accounting system
Making travel reservations as required
Qualification
Required
Time management skills
Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they develop
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and safety
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel a Must)
Basic accounting skills
Preferred
Office Experience – 2 or more years of experience preferred
