The HSE Video Production Intern will support the video team throughout all phases of production, including pre-production, on-site shoots, and post-production.

Responsibilities
Log, organize, and archive video clips to maintain accurate and accessible media libraries
Assist with production shoot setup, breakdown, and on-site support
Support the creation of marketing, partnership, and community impact video content
Assist with pre-game and post-game video operations to ensure smooth workflows
Participate fully in the internship program, including workshops, executive speaker series, job shadowing, and an intern project
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of video production workflows
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, particularly in media management
Experience with basic video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred)
Ability to assist with production setup, including cameras, audio, and lighting
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and game days
Ability to lift and move basic production equipment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to manage individual responsibilities
Preferred
Previous internship or experience in video, media, or content creation
Experience in sports or live event environments
Ability to travel to off-site events and campaigns
Familiarity with sports, live events, or social media video content
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university pursuing a degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
