Senior LevelPerfict is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for their Digital Experience team. The role involves managing a portfolio of projects, particularly in the fintech space, and requires experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Responsibilities
Need someone who is experienced in RUNNING A PORTFOLIO - not just in classic waterfall project management
Need mindset that this is my portfolio and I support it even if the project doesn't have my name on it
Be competent at running a project
Blend of running a portfolio and project management
Fintech exp
Banking apps, mobile apps, etc
Definitely helps to have some banking/fintech background
We're regulated and someone who understands that who doesn't get culture shock, its important
Experience with deposit business and regulatory stuff such as FCCs (heavily incorporated)
Feel that these are important but wouldn't rule out someone who is exceptional if they didn't have fintech but something similar
Strongly prefer someone with PROFILE MIGRATIONS experience
Strongly prefer someone with EXP IN AIRTABLE
Carl has already created the reporting structure
Experience with both Agile & Waterfall (LC is a blend of both)
Good understanding of safe principals and scrum – certifications are not required
Excel, Slack, Outlook are good to know
Must have ability to pick up on new platforms
MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN JIRA & CONFLUENCE
