Responsibilities

Perform basic data cleaning and management using Snowflake SQL and excel
QC new data and work with teams to resolve issues
Produce reports using Excel, Google workbooks, and Tableau
Run SQL queries for ad-hoc reporting
Work with internal stakeholders to understand analytical objectives and define requirements
Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and other team members

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in: Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Accounting, Business or related fields
SQL and Strong MS Excel skills
Ability to thrive in change. Fast, flexible, cooperative work style with ability to reprioritize
Detail oriented, with strong mathematical, analytical and reporting skills
Must be able to understand and analyze data, synthesize large volumes of data and complex questions into clear analyses and actionable findings
Excellent data visualization and communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present findings to stakeholders at all levels

Preferred

Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools and digital marketing platforms
Direct marketing in the nonprofit/fundraising/political sector
Experience with direct mail, digital campaigns, and/or email campaign reporting and analysis
Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts
