They are seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant to provide hands-on technical expertise and support for their client's People Systems function during a transition period, ensuring stability and compliance across Workday integrations.

Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and troubleshoot 50+ Workday integrations, including complex Workday Studio integrations
Provide hands-on integration support across Workday HCM and related downstream systems
Manage integration transitions and enhancements, including planning-related system changes
Ensure integrations are stable, scalable, and well-documented in line with SOX compliance requirements
Document integration builds, testing, approvals, and change management processes
Partner closely with People Systems, Payroll, and other non-technical stakeholders
Proactively identify issues, communicate risks, and provide clear status updates
Operate independently with minimal oversight while staying tightly aligned with the broader team
Qualification
Required
Strong experience delivering and supporting Workday integrations
Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio
Experience supporting a high-volume, complex integration environment
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong documentation discipline and familiarity with SOX or regulated environments
Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
Experience supporting payroll integrations, including ADP
Exposure to international payroll environments (US, UK, and additional regions)
Experience supporting headcount planning or financial planning tool integrations
