Responsibilities
Support efficient products components of NJ and Pennsylvania utility contracts as directed by the utility and in compliance with state and contract requirements
Work with and have direct oversight from senior management
Execute scope of work for compliance and client satisfaction
Manage concurrent tasks and deadlines
Identify and coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to increase participation and deliver contract goals
Drive, manage, monitor, and report the timely delivery of program tasks
Qualification
Required
3-5 years project/program management experience
2+ years of people management experience
Experience with energy efficiency program
Self-starter with a positive and outgoing personality
Strong customer service experience and focus
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the following Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Bachelor's degree
The ideal candidate must reside Southeastern PA or Southern NJ
Comfortable with Remote working environment with occasional in person meetings
