Responsibilities
Host and manage private client appointments in our NYC showroom
Build long-term relationships with HNW/UHNW clients
Guide clients through bespoke commissions including engagement rings, tennis necklaces/bracelets, rare stones and ultra-high jewellery
Act as the on-ground liaison between client requests and our founders/sourcing/production team
Drive sales through your existing network and new client introductions
Deliver a highly polished, discreet and elevated client experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in fine jewellery / luxury sales / private client advising
Proven track record closing high-ticket pieces and bespoke commissions
Strong knowledge of natural diamonds, fancy shapes and certification
You already have a client book (NYC + luxury networks a strong advantage)
Confident, polished, warm and relationship-driven
Self-sufficient and highly organised with follow-up and client management
