Business Operations & Go-To-Market Associate

The Business Operations & Go-To-Market Associate will work directly with leadership to shape the go-to-market strategy for new medical devices and support sales operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing MedTech startup.
Responsibilities
Help design and execute go-to-market strategy for a new medical device
Support sales operations, CRM tools, dashboards, and reporting
Work across sales, marketing, R&D, and operations (no silos here)
Build and test AI-enabled workflows (sales automation, forecasting, customer tracking)
Research and experiment with new tools shaping the future of healthcare & AI
Participate in imaging tests and real-world product experiments
Learn how MedTech products move from FDA clearance → real customers
Qualification
Required
Students, recent grads, or early-career professionals
Interested in healthcare, MedTech, startups, business, sales, or AI
Comfortable with technology and excited to learn modern tools
Self-starter who enjoys solving problems without step-by-step instructions
Curious about AI, automation, and data-driven decision making
Preferred
Bonus if you've been exposed to medical imaging or clinical workflows
