Technical support: assists all users with any technical issues
Upgrade and trouble shoot hardware as needed
Online training: Participate in online training webinars to increase networking knowledge
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
Qualification
Required
Provide technical support to users
Assist Information Technology Manager and other personnel in the department as needed
Upgrade hardware and software on workstations
Assist all users with any technical issues
Upgrade and troubleshoot hardware as needed
Participate in online training webinars to increase networking knowledge
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc
Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school and/or specialized training, equal to two years of college
3 years related experience and/or training
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
