Responsibilities
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and printers
Act as an initial contact for any technical issues such as hardware, software, PC, printers and cell phones
Provide phone and desk-side support while referring more complex problems to appropriate IT personnel
Log the support calls using the appropriate software
Assist in IT Department projects
Supporting IT resources located in the manufacturing facility
Maintain/update IT inventory
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1 year of IT experience or equivalent certificate or education equivalent
Minimum High School or GED certificate
Efficient understanding of technology including hardware, data storage, operating systems, applications, peripheral devices
Ability to learn and comply with new processes and procedures
Must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems as well as networking and electronic mail standards
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office software
