Branch Manager: Baton Rouge
Luminate is a financial institution seeking a Branch Manager to lead and support branch staff in delivering exceptional member service. The role includes overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high levels of member satisfaction while also handling HR responsibilities and community outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities
Leading and supporting branch staff to deliver exceptional member service across account transactions, loan applications and new account services
Overseeing daily branch operation to ensure efficient service delivery, strong employee performance, and high levels of member satisfaction
Managing branch operations and personnel to achieve above-average performance results
Providing effective leadership, coaching and professional development to the LES team within the branch
Managing all aspects of staff oversight, such as resolving employee concerns, enforcing accountability and organization standards, conducting performance evaluations, managing staffing and scheduling and administering corrective or disciplinary actions as needed
Preparing and processing of the ATM and maintaining security at the Airline Location at all times with the BRCP
Assisting with the hiring and termination employees in partnership with the CEO
Ensuring that both new and existing employees receive comprehensive training and are equipped to deliver high-quality member service
Conducting new employee orientation and training, including onboarding employees with LESFCU benefits such as health, dental, vision, and group life insurance
Managing annual benefit renewals, open enrollment, and related employee records
Coordinating employee leave, including vacation, annual leave and medical appointments
Overseeing all aspects of membership operations, including fraud prevention as loss mitigation, deposit accounts, and loan and new account queue management, with a focus on increasing profitability and safeguarding Credit Union assets
Handling escalated or complex member concerns in a professional and timely manner, working to resolve issues effectively and minimize reputational risk
Supporting the CEO in leading a participating in community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility and member engagement
Preparing end-of-month, quarterly, and year-end reports, as well as completing annual tax report not processed through Netchex
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience in a financial institution (preferably a credit union) including a combination of teller and/or contact center with a minimum of 3 years of lending or loan processing experience
At least 3 years of supervisory experience within a financial institution
Eligible to be licensed to sell all necessary insurance products
Credit worthy and pass a background check
3–4-year college degree in Business Administration, Finance, or another business-related field. Any additional experience may be considered in lieu of meeting educational requirements
