Analyzes defines and documents clients requirements and revises existing systems logic challenges as necessary
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years BA experience preferably with APIs, ERPs, or Embedded Systems
Hands-on with payments & reporting standards
Experience with ERP connectors (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and middleware (FISPAN/Koxa) or bank connectivity platforms
Strong process modeling, sequence diagrams, data mapping
Strong documentation skills and clear requirement writing (Or leveraging AI to do so)
Proficiency in Jira/Confluence, writing acceptance criteria (Gherkin preferred), and maintaining traceability
Comfort with API concepts (REST, webhooks, idempotency, retries) and file gateways (SFTP, scheduled jobs)
