Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development: Design and develop responsive web applications using technologies like Tailwind, ShadCN, Typescript, and NextJS
Backend Engineering: Build and maintain APls and backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Rust
Al Integration: Collaborate with the Artificial Intelligence team to integrate large language models into applications, creating innovative Al-centric solutions
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize application performance for speed and scalability
Cl/CD: Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (Cl/CD) pipelines to automate and streamline the development process
Infrastructure Management: Use Terraform to manage and provision infrastructure on AWS
EKS Management: Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) to ensure high availability and reliability
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver features
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate new ideas and tools into the development process
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack software development
Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like Tailwind, ShadCN, Typescript, and NextJS
Proficient in backend development using Python, FastAPI, and Rust
Experience with deploying and managing applications on AWS
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries
Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
Strong understanding of integrating and deploying AI models, particularly large language models, in applications
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a 6C Federal security clearance
