Responsibilities
Provide technical support for cross-functional partners and provide professional troubleshooting solutions to resolve customer issues
Conduct training sessions and seminars: Assist partners to finish SDK or DSP integration and ensure the normal operation of cooperation
Assist the business development team in collecting and organizing feedback from developers. Also, feedback should be given to the product managers to help with product feature updates
Give ad monetization optimization suggestions and share with partners the best practices through data analysis. Also being able to summarize technical documents and FAQs
Familiar with advertising monetization products, SDK, or Ad exchange platforms
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate/ Postgraduate degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience), with experience as a service-based engineer
Proficient in Android/iOS. Ability to use SQL for data query. Possess a solid programming foundation
Have good communication skills, logic skills, learning ability, and a strong sense of responsibility
Be able to adapt to the fast-paced and metrics-driven environment
Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails
