The Administrative Assistant will provide onsite support to ensure security compliance for employees and visitors, while also assisting the site leader with various administrative duties.

Responsibilities
Primary role is to report to the site leader, while providing site support at the direction of Corporate Security to ensure all employees and site visitors who enter the site do so with appropriate credentials. This will include badge management and controls
Monitoring access points to the site, which includes card readers, cameras and other security devices
Provide security reporting, including and not limited to badge use reports
Coordinate on site emergency and safety support as needed
Support the site leader in a manner consistent with the scope and purpose of this role
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Qualification
Required
Microsoft Office
Project Management
Prior security experience, including managing employee badges and badging systems
Strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience working in facilities, project management, or real estate
