Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
Develop designs and create detailed plans
Oversee submittals and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
Use Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
Coordinate with consultants and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and sustainable design standards such as LEED
Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure successful project execution
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Architecture and Project Management to effectively lead projects and deliver high-quality designs
Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software for creating detailed and accurate architectural plans
Proficiency in managing Submittals and ensuring compliance with codes and project specifications
Knowledge or certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and sustainable design practices
Strong organizational and communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure is highly preferred
Ability to oversee multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
