They are looking for an Account Executive in Inside Sales to identify, qualify, and convert leads into revenue-generating opportunities while collaborating with marketing and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation & Management – Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline
Outbound & Inbound Sales – Drive outreach efforts through calls, emails, and social selling while responding to inbound inquiries
Lead Qualification – Use consultative selling to uncover pain points, assess needs, and transition high-quality leads to Account Executives
Technology & CRM Proficiency – Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and other tools to track engagement and optimize outreach
Collaboration – Partner with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and drive pipeline efficiency
Quota Achievement – Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team

Required

3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a background as an SDR or inside sales representative a plus
Proven success in generating and qualifying leads in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
Strong ability to engage senior decision-makers through compelling communication
Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools to manage prospecting and pipeline
Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to grow within a high-performance sales team
