Qualification
Required
Responsible for maintaining the network and network equipment for sites in the US, Canada and NA
Replacing hardware as needed
Troubleshooting issues with switches and access points
Working within the ticket system - resolving assigned tickets
Daily moves adds and changes
Documentation
Troubleshooting wireless issues and TP/IP incidents
End of life refreshes
Some installations
Responsible for the installations, monitoring, and troubleshooting aspects
