New Grad, Entry LevelSmart VAs is a virtual assistant agency offering a wide array of services. They are seeking a Web Design and Management VA who will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining websites for clients, ensuring effective project management and communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities
Design, build, or maintain websites, using clients' website platforms (WordPress, Wix, SqaureSpace, & other drag-and-drop systems), content creation tools, management tools, and digital media
Perform or direct website updates
Write, design, or edit web page content, or direct others to produce content
Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions
Back up files from websites to local directories for instant recovery in case of problems
Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and correct problems or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction
Evaluate code to ensure that it is valid, is properly structured, meets industry standards, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems
Maintain an understanding of current web technologies or practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups
Analyze user needs to determine technical requirements
Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types
Manage, integrate, and/or migrate domain name registrations on various platforms
Collaborate with management or users to develop e-commerce strategies and integrate these strategies with websites
Communicate with network personnel or website hosting agencies to address hardware or software issues affecting websites
Qualification
Required
Familiar with hosting sites
Experience in WordPress, WIX, Squarespace, and other website-building platforms
Knowledgeable with plug-ins and integrations
Preferably someone who knows how to code (Javascript, PHP, CSS, HTML)
With experience in Figma (for website design)
Kajabi experience is a plus
Front-end and/or Back-end
Can work part-time EST hours
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
