Responsibilities

Research and analyze legislative discussions at the state legislature aiming at implementing report language and guidelines that contribute to Hitachi business strategy – environmental regulations, privacy protection, safety regulations, taxation, etc
Seek funding opportunities at the state level (Subsidies, tax credit for investments, etc.)
Manage relationship with local associations (i.e. industry association state government economic development corporations)
Build relationships with state and local communities
Support BU’s to grow business

Minimum 5- 7 years of public policy and/or government affairs experience
