Responsibilities

Serving as a primary point of coordination for leadership communications

Executive calendars that run smoothly, accurately, and without chaos (in-person or virtual)

Coordinating client meetings, confirmations, reschedules, and follow-ups

Supporting event coordination and leadership logistics as needed

Communication that reflects executive-level clarity, warmth, and professionalism

Internal meetings that are scheduled with correct links, agendas, and follow-ups

Maintaining organized systems, documents, and shared resources (tasks, deadlines, and commitments that are tracked through to completion)

Drafting professional, executive-level emails and correspondence

Leadership time that is protected so impact can be multiplied

Required

Proven experience supporting executives, founders, or leadership teams
