Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic lead and central point of accountability for the DTC/eCommerce roadmap, ensuring milestones are met and cross-functional teams are aligned
Manage, track, and deliver the eCommerce roadmap ensuring all high priority programs are delivered on-time while maintaining an uncompromising standard of quality
Build new market entry program plans inclusive of all cross-functional dependencies, such as product and trade compliance, legal regulations, payment method setup, supply chain requirements, and membership experience
Build and implement repeatable processes to continuously improve our delivery schedule, minimize risk, and grow the business in a scalable fashion
Align and inspire cross-functional teams to support all roadmap deliverables. Partner closely with technical program managers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of roadmap projects
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports to make data-driven decisions for planning and optimization

Required

8+ years in the eCommerce space with specific experience with high-level technical requirements, product GTM strategy, marketing partnership strategy, UI/UX design strategy, and/or program/project management
Must have international expansion experience for a hypergrowth organization
Experience launching products and sales channels into new, international markets with a deep understanding of requirement gathering and compliance monitoring best practices
This role will require you to be comfortable in large group settings, stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a cross functional team
Familiarity with eCommerce best practices and the ability to integrate with various stakeholders across the organization
PM experience (PMP certification preferred)
Vast experience managing a D2C/ecommerce sales channel in the consumer technology world
